MEDIA MATTERS (MEDIA MATTERS IN NZ - formerly Viewers for TV Excellence) is a non-profit organisation whose vision is the achievement of Television and Media Excellence.
Our Mission:- To bring about the changes necessary to achieve the vision, i.e. regulations
- To promote Television excellence
- To identify and advocate for the elimination of violence on Television
- To gain public support
- To inform the public about the existence and dangers of violence on television.
